FOSTER WEBB DIES. Foster B. Webb, 83 years old, died Saturday night at his home on Pennsylvania Hill. He is survived by one son, William, and one daughter, Mrs. Bernard Doorley, both of Pennsylvania Hill. He is also survived by two brothers, Burt and Alfred Webb. The funeral was held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home of Mrs. Doorley. Burial was made on Pennsylvania Hill.
