LEROY WEBB PASSES AWAY
LeRoy Webb, aged 72 years, a veteran of the civil war and a widely known resident of this city, died Friday evening at his home 179 Hornell street, following an illness of a few days with pneumonia.
Mr. Webb was born in the town of Hornellsville, and served in the Civil war as a member of the 13th Michigan infantry. Besides his widow he is survived by his mother, Mrs. E. M. Webb, three sons, Lynn Webb and Valentine Webb, of this city, and Clair Webb, of Dunkirk, and one daughter, Mrs. J. B. Lippincott, also of this city.
The funeral was held this morning at ten o'clock at the home of the daughter No. 22 Armory place.
NOTE: Do we have the right son? It says here that he is survived by his mother Mrs. E. M. Webb. From information we have his mother died in 1907 and her initials were E. J. His wifes initials were E. N. and the children match what we have. Is the Obituary right or are we?
